Return Window
We provide a 14-day go-back window from the date your order is delivered. Requests submitted after this era will now no longer be eligible for a go-back or refund.
How to Request a Return or Refund
To provoke a go-back or refund request, please comply with those steps:
1. Email us at support@blisszoom.store with the subject line: Return/Refund Request – [Your Order Number]
2. Include the subsequent details:
- Full call and order number
- Reason for the go-back or refund
- Clear pictures of the object (if applicable, especially for broken or wrong items)
Our guide group will reply within 24 hours (Monday–Saturday) to manually message you via the system.
Accepted Return & Refund Cases
We receive returns/refunds under the following conditions:
1. Damaged or Defective Products
If you acquire an object that is broken, scratched, or in any other case faulty:
- Report the difficulty within 14 days of delivery.
- We will offer a go-back label or provide a refund, relying on your choice and object availability.
2. Wrong Products Received
If you acquired the incorrect object or the incorrect variation (e.g., shade or style):
- Contact us within 14
- We will set up an alternative or refund after confirming the difficulty with assisting pictures.
3. Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your package deal hasn’t arrived within 10 enterprise days after shipment:
- Reach out to us at support@blisszoom.store.
- We will inspect with the provider and provide a complete refund or reshipment as soon as the case is confirmed.
4. Order Cancellation (Before Shipment)
If you want to cancel your order:

Once the order is shipped, it's no longer eligible for cancellation.
Note: We do now no longer receive returns or refunds for change-of-thought purchases.
Timeframe for Refunds
Once your go-back is acquired and inspected, we are able to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Refunds might be processed within 3–5 business days on your unique fee method.
- Credit card refunds may also take extra time, relying on your bank's processing policies.
Return Shipping

For returns because of our error (broken, wrong, or faulty items), we cover go-back transport costs.
